A multi-purpose 3D Computed Tomography system for frequently changing applications with a very wide variety of test objects.

Equipped with a granite based high precision mechanic and a microfocus X-ray source, RayScan 200 XE has been optimized for high spatial resolution. Thus details in a micrometer range can be detected.

RayScan 200 XE additionally provides extended operation modes, which enable to overcome the limits of conventional CT.
By using Region-of-Interest CT or Transversal CT details of weldings, rivet joints or glued connections in car bodies or of large components from aero-space industry are detected with nearly any degree of detail.

All hardware and software components are integrated in one intuitive user-friendly interface, which allows to switch easily from one mode to the other.
