A system for 3D-CT and Radioscopy, equipped with high presicion mechanics and an innovative X-ray source, which provides microfocus and sub-microfocus modes.

RayScan 150 has been optimized for extremely high spatial resolution, where details in micrometer and sub-micrometer ranges in small parts can be detected.
Due to its direct 3D-CT the complete volume data are generated within some minutes.

RayScan 150 is perfectly suitable for the development, optimization and control of new materials and their manufacturing processes. The volume data of the test object allows to analyse material properties and to draw a conclusion on the cause of faults of detected pores, cracks, inclusions and delaminations.

Typical ranges of application are fault detection, dimensional measurement, comparison with CADdata and reverse engineering.
